Measurements
Measurements are stated for all premade items. Please make sure you read them carefully and compare them to your own measurements before purchasing.

Payment
Full cost of item must be paid up front before the item will ship. In the case of expensive items, we may be able to work out a payment plan, however, we will not send out the item until it has been paid in full.

Refunds
Refunds will only be given if there is a defect in manufacturing. If this has happened, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we can arrange a refund or exchange. We are not responsible if you did not read the measurements correctly and found that the item does not fit.
